Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions – Targeted Cybersecurity Training
We implemented an intensive, three-month training program for Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions, training 10 immediately deployable Security Analyst professionals. Through a curriculum tailored to corporate needs, the pre-screened participants with foundational tech knowledge mastered essential networking, system administration, and IT security skills.
Codecool’s practical methodology was a defining factor throughout: participants worked on real-life business cases and gained hands-on experience with modern tools (e.g., SIEM, EDR). As a result, by the end of the program, they possessed not only theoretical knowledge but also immediately applicable, job-ready skills relevant to a corporate environment. The outcome: rapidly integrated, job-ready cybersecurity professionals.
Motorola Solutions – Developer Academy with End-to-End Implementation
“We needed innovation, ideas, dialogue, brainstorming, and execution, and we received all of that from our partner,” said Jacek Drabik, Country Manager of Motorola Solutions Systems Poland. We created a comprehensive, multi-cycle developer academy program for the company, selecting the top 80 candidates from 300 applicants. The 6-to-7-month, fully customized training focused on frontend and backend technologies, encompassing not only the learning process but also onboarding support.
Codecool’s methodology was built on practice here as well: participants mastered the necessary skills through real-life projects, enabling them to become productive developers for the company immediately upon completing the program.
E.ON Hungária – Salesforce Expert Training
We implemented a 16-week, customized Salesforce training program for E.ON Hungária, aimed at deepening the expertise of seven already experienced team members. During the multi-session weekly training, participants developed their competencies using a structured curriculum that combined independent study with trainer-led sessions.
Codecool’s methodology was built on practice here as well: participants deepened their knowledge through real-world use cases, collaborative problem-solving, and hands-on exercises within the system, allowing them to apply what they learned immediately to their own work. The result was a more confident, higher-performing team of Salesforce experts, fully prepared for further, advanced developments.
Alpine – DevOps and Modern Software Development Training
We implemented an intensive, 6-month training program for Alpine, aimed at aligning the skill levels of a newly consolidated development team and establishing a strong DevOps mindset. Throughout the program, team members mastered modern development practices, ranging from version control and CI/CD pipelines to containerization, backend development, and infrastructure management.
In this case as well, the methodology was built on the practical application that Codecool represents: participants worked on tasks and projects that modeled a real work environment, subsequently integrating and applying their acquired knowledge in a final capstone project. The result was a well-coordinated development team operating with a more modern mindset, capable of collaborating more efficiently.
MBH Bank – Large-scale IT Reskilling Program
We implemented a comprehensive IT reskilling program for MBH Bank, providing training for more than 300 employees across various IT fields from autumn 2024 to mid-2025. The financial institution’s staff participated in short, focused 1-to-5-day courses covering the most essential technologies, ranging from programming and cloud solutions to security and UX/UI topics.
The theoretical foundations were complemented by tasks resembling real-world projects, enabling participants to acquire immediately applicable knowledge. The result is a broadly upskilled organization with up-to-date IT expertise, capable of responding more effectively to digital challenges.
Diligent – full-stack fejlesztői akadémia
A Diligent vezetői konkrét elképzelésekkel érkeztek hozzánk, és nem szerettek volna a hagyományos toborzásra hagyatkozni. Egy testreszabott fejlesztői akadémiát hoztunk létre velük azzal a céllal, hogy frontend és backend területen is magasan kvalifikált új kollégákat képezzünk számukra. A 30 fős program során a résztvevők modern fejlesztési alapokat sajátítottak el, majd specializált képzés keretében mélyítették tudásukat, miközben a kiválasztási folyamat szerves részeként folyamatos értékelés is zajlott.
A későbbi kollégák valós fejlesztési környezetet modellező feladatokon keresztül tanultak, így a képzés végére azonnal bevethető tudással rendelkeztek. Az eredmény: 12 új, célzottan felkészített fejlesztő, akik már az első naptól értéket tudnak teremteni a szervezetben.
B. Braun – International Developer Upskilling Program
We implemented a customized developer training program for the international healthcare company B. Braun, with the goal of aligning and deepening the expertise of their experienced developers in C# and C++ technologies. Across the two six-month programs, a total of 15 participants mastered modern development practices, ranging from C# fundamentals and advanced topics to cutting-edge C++ solutions.
The team members acquired knowledge through real-world projects, which they were able to apply immediately within their own development environments. The collaboration expanded to an international level, and the courses were delivered in a flexible, hybrid format, ensuring effective learning across multiple locations. The result was a more cohesive development team equipped with up-to-date technological expertise.
Experis – Pan-European Reskilling Program
Within the framework of our long-term cooperation with Experis, we have implemented customized upskilling programs spanning multiple countries, aimed at developing participants’ technological and business competencies. The jointly established academies cover various fields—from .NET and Python development to C++ and software testing—always tailored to specific market and client needs.
The program is built on practice-oriented learning: participants deepen their knowledge through real-world projects and capstone tasks, combining independent study with trainer-led sessions. The result is a pool of experts possessing competitive, immediately applicable knowledge on an international level, ready to tackle diverse industry challenges. The first phase of the program has concluded, and the second phase is already set to launch this summer.
