Why is it urgent to develop AI skills?
The hottest topics in the economy during the first half of the decade have clearly been artificial intelligence and its impact on the job market. According to a 2025 survey*, the number of job postings requiring AI skills is increasing by 70% year over year, and this is now typical not only in tech roles, but also in marketing, sales, and design positions. According to a World Economic Forum report, 92 million jobs will disappear globally by 2030, but at the same time, economic and technological changes could open up 170 million new job opportunities – meaning that overall, the number of jobs could increase.

the share of leaders who believe their team is AI-competent
According to the report, digital upskilling is becoming crucially important and increasingly urgent to ensure that the existing workforce can confidently use new technological solutions. For now, only 20% of leaders believe that their team has the appropriate competence in this area***. AI adoption is no longer a priority for just a segment of companies, but for every market player, and training employees is step zero.

“We are moving intensively toward a reality where AI skills are considered a baseline requirement on CVs. Integrating artificial intelligence into corporate processes might still yield a competitive advantage right now, but in the medium term, it will become a matter of survival. For a company to be AI-compatible, it doesn’t primarily need machines and software – it needs employees with up-to-date knowledge at every single organizational level and business line.”
